Boston Bruins new signee Elias Lindholm has tied the knot with his longtime partner Annica. Their baby boy, Levi, was the ringbearer in the candid wedding ceremony.
Elias and Annica got engaged in 2022 and have now officially exchanged vows. Annica shared a series of pictures on her Instagram stories, including up-close snaps of their exquisite wedding rings made by Lycka Juveler.
The bride’s ring had a delicate band featuring a series of marquise-cut diamonds set in a prong setting. The groom’s ring is a broader, more solid band made of gold. It has a sleek and smooth finish with a timeless appearance.
"We are so satisfied with all the service, so I really want to highlight this company that is really at the forefront when it comes to jewelry! Feels very American considering their range and how they work, and there really is a big difference in buying jewelry in the USA/Canada vs Sweden," the caption reads translated in English.
Annica wore a simple white form-fitting gown on the occasion, while Lindholm donned a classy tailor-made suit with a golden bow tie. Annica also shared a carousel of pictures as an Instagram post and captioned it:
“Mr. & Mrs. 🤍 2024.07.10”
Nikita Zadorov heaps praise on Elias Lindholm
The Boston Bruins have signed Elias Lindholm on a seven-year contract in free agency. Following the acquisition, Bruins defenseman Nikita Zadorov heaped praise on his former and now again-teammate.
“We’ve been together the past three teams. He’s a great teammate, a great player,” Zadorov said. “We’re sitting on the plane together all the time and talking a lot, a lot of dinners. So it definitely helps when your friend signs with the same team as well. I’m excited for him.” [H/T Boston.com]
Zadorov thinks that the forward will be a ‘great addition’ to the Bruins lineup. The D-man believes Lindholm will be a better fit in Boston and will bring his A-game to the team.
“It’s a new opportunity for him. Obviously he had a couple different years. After we were good in Calgary, we didn’t make playoffs last year and then he got traded to Vancouver. He kind of didn’t play the role he fits, I feel like. So here I feel like he can come back to the version he was in Calgary with the top line and top penalty kill and everything. He’s a really good addition and I’m really excited to have him on my team, for sure,” Nikita Zadorov added.
Elias Lindholm has opened a new chapter in both his personal and professional journeys. He will now be looking to regroup in the offseason with the Bruins squad and contribute to the franchise long term.
