Alternate captain for the Vegas Golden Knights, William Karlsson and his wife, Emily, announced their second pregnancy. The couple shared the happy news on Instagram with an adorable post. Emily's caption read:
"Our family is growingBaby Karlsson #2 is joining us in December and we couldn’t be happier 🤍 Beckham is going to be the BEST Big Brother."
The couple is excited to see Beckham become a big brother and to welcome the new addition to their family in December.
The couple married on July 23, 2022, at Resorts World Las Vegas but have been together since 2017. Their memorable wedding was attended by close friends and family, including several of William's teammates, as well as Emily's twin sister, Haley.
The duo moved in together in Las Vegas in 2019 after William signed an eight-year contract with the Golden Knights.
In May 2023, Emily and William welcomed their first child, Beckham William Karlsson. Emily shared the news on Instagram.
"Beckham William Karlsson born May 12th, 2023 at 1:33am. Our big, strong healthy boy weighing 8lbs 2oz. You’re Pappa’s Twin! We love you more than you’ll ever know," she wrote.

Emily shared how she met William in an interview with Bachelor Nation.
“I don’t know it’s honestly such a weird story. I think it’s so weird that you can meet someone on social media and send them a DM and now I’m marrying him, I think it’s just a weird, bizarre story,” Emily said (via Bachelor Nation)
"I met up with him and we were just inseparable ever since, and he’s from Sweden, so I was always convinced that men from a different country were nice," Emily added
She added that they were inseparable from their first meeting and noted that William’s Swedish background made her believe man from other countries were nicer.
"He always wanted to be around me, every time I left the house he’d be like when are you coming back, and I almost told Haley she’s so bad at picking guys like you need a European guy," Emily said.
After searching William's Instagram followers for a match for Haley, Emily discovered Oula, who is now Haley's husband. Both sisters aspire to live closer to each other one day.
