One story from Monday showed Domi holding a hen with the caption,
"the best day."
Max Domi was seen doing archery in one story. He held a near-perfect posture while aiming for the target. He had the bow and arrow stretched close to his ear and then he went for the shot while standing still. His shot was accurate and it hit the center of the target.
The next story featured Domi playing tennis. Domi was agile while maneuvering across the court to take shots.

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Max Domi's offseason training with trainer Brian Kula
Max Domi is working really hard this offseason with coach Brian Kula. Kula runs Kula Sports Performance and scientifically trains athletes. Domi trained with him and reached a speed of 20.9 MPH, which was shared on Instagram.
"@max of the @mapleleafs in from 🇨🇦 to work with @briankula to maximize athletic potential in a relentless pursuit to be the best! This unit hit 20.9 MPH SPEED KILLS," Brian Kula captioned the post.
In the video, Domi could be seen sprinting on a treadmill and doing strength exercises. He does leg presses, trains for the core, the biceps and did some squats with heavy weights as he prepares for the upcoming season.
While Max Domi must be happy about the extension with the Leafs, the next season should be all about making a deep playoff run.
Meanwhile, Leafs forward Mitch Marner is in the last year of his current contract, which started in 2019. He is eligible for a new contract extension, but there are rumors about a possible trade.
