After being together for over four years, New York Rangers defenseman Adam Fox married Tate Rose Green on July 7, 2024, in New York. The two were surrounded at their wedding by family and friends.
Fox had worn a cream-colored tuxedo paired with a black bow tie and trousers, while Green wore a white off-shoulder gown. Their wedding took place at a beach venue decorated with white flowers.
Fox shared a post on Instagram of him and Green in their wedding dresses. Another post on X, formerly Twitter, showed the two dancing together.
They called the day the "best day ever." The post included glimpses of their wedding celebration. A live band performed Taylor Swift's "Love Story."
The celebrations continued at Emerson Park Pavilion in Auburn, N.Y. This wedding celebration follows a successful season for Fox and the Rangers. They reached the Eastern Conference Finals but lost to the Florida Panthers in a hard-fought series. Despite the playoff disappointment, Fox won the Norris Trophy and contributed significantly with 17 goals and 56 assists in the regular season.
Fox has been chosen to represent the United States in the upcoming Four Nations Face-Off next February.
New York Rangers players were present at Adam Fox's wedding, including former teammate Ryan Reaves
Many New York Rangers players arrived at the wedding of their teammate Adam Fox. Fox shared a picture of the whole team with Tate Rose Green's father, Tim Green.
"Blueshirts with their most loyal supporter @timgreenbooks @tgnlu," the caption read.
Vincent Trocheck and former teammate Ryan Reaves also attended Fox's wedding. All the players posed for a group picture, with Fox standing beside his father-in-law.
Reaves also shared a picture from Fox's wedding on his Instagram profile. He made a statement, opting for a shirtless look and sunglasses in the photo booth.
Reaves was traded to the Minnesota Wild from the New York Rangers. But the next season, he was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs. Reaves is on a three-year contract with the Maple Leafs.
