Jeremy Swayman makes his feelings known after being named to Team USA 4 Nations Face-Off roster
Boston Bruins goalie Jeremy Swayman expressed pride after being named as a Team USA member for the 4 Nations Face-Off on Wednesday. The tournament, featuring top talent from the U.S., Canada, Finland and Sweden, will take place in February 2025 in Montreal and Boston.
Swayman, a native of Alaska, reflected on the significance of his selection, saying,
"Especially a kid from Alaska, that's a pretty high peak to achieve. I couldn't be more honored... I'm gonna make sure I'm pulling my rope as much as I can."
Representing Team USA is a high point in his career and he is determined to contribute to the team’s success.
Swayman joins Bruins teammate Charlie McAvoy on Team USA, adding to the roster’s strong NHL presence. The U.S. opens against Finland on February 13.
