Nathan MacKinnon, Gabriel Landeskog dress up as "best band in the world" alongside partners Charlotte & Melissa at Avs Halloween party
The Colorado Avalanche Halloween party was a blast this year, with Nathan MacKinnon and Gabriel Landeskog going all out on creative costumes with their partners Charlotte and Melissa.
On Sunday, Landeskog reposted a story from his wife Melissa’s Instagram where the two couples posed together wearing their Halloween costumes. In the caption, he wrote:
“Best band in the world @abba”
The four dressed in groovy 70s jumpsuits and shirts. They also donned ABBA-inspired wigs similar to Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson and Anni-Frid Lyngstad’s hairstyles back in the day.
Other Avs players and their families got creative with their costumes, too. Julie and Josh Manson dressed up as characters from the romantic comedy "50 First Dates."
Meanwhile, Kendra and Logan O'Connor dressed as the "Dodgeball" characters, Patches O'Houlihan and Peter La Fleur. They both wore black leggings with purple costumes.
Kendra sported a brown wig with bangs and a fake mustache. Logan donned a brown headband-style wig and even carried a red dodgeball.
Cale Makkar’s wife, Tracy Evans, dressed in a red apron and black pants, while Mikko Rantanen's girlfriend, Susanna Ranta, looked the part of a tennis player in a white dress and visor.
