Patrik Laine and girlfriend Jordan Leigh enjoy final offseason dinner with NHL teammates
The Montreal Canadien's new signee, Patrik Laine's fiancee, Jordan Leigh, shared an Instagram story on Monday from their night out. It was from their final offseason dinner with other NHL teammates, their partners and some friends.
The group included Philadelphia Flyers star Ivan Provorov and his partner, Madison Leigh; Boston Bruins defenseman Andrew Peeke and his partner, Ryen Hendricks; and Adam Boqvist and his partner, Fanny Lavre.
In the first Instagram story, they were seen having dinner. On the menu, there were salads, corn, steak, some veggies, etc., as they were eating and sitting in one hall. Leigh captioned it:
"End of off season family din (with a hand heart emoji)."
Later, she shared a video of Patrick Laine with his Labrador, "Boogie Laine," and Ryen Hendricks with her dog, "Franklin." Laine and Hendrick were trying to get both dogs to be friends. But they reacted a bit angrily, to which Leigh wrote:
"The cutest frenemies there ever were."
Patrik Laine and Jordan Leigh were then seen in Italy, where they visited the Statue of David by Michelangelo in Florence, Italy, which is kept in Galleria dell'Accademia. Leigh asked Laine to rate the statue, to which he said:
"This one, I gotta give better, this one's well made, like the other one, the unfinished... I gotta give B+."
Leigh also shared a fun video with Laine, which was from their visit to Galleria dell'Accademia.
Patrik Laine got engaged to longtime partner, Jordan Leigh
Patrik Laine and his longtime partner, Jordan Leigh, have announced their engagement. Jordan shared the news on Instagram, posting photos from their engagement shoot by the sea. The pictures show the couple on a beach with a calm ocean background.
Jordan wore a flowing white dress, and Patrik sported a white shirt with dark pants. She also showed her engagement ring in the photos. The couple plans to marry in June 2025. During the offseason, they've spent time together outdoors and taking drives with their dog, Boogie.
This new chapter in Laine's personal life coincides with his career with the Montreal Canadiens, which started the same month. After the signing, Laine said (via NHL):
"It's the biggest hockey market there is, I've played in Canada before, obviously, and I loved every minute of it, I miss being back there, where hockey is the No. 1 thing and people really genuinely care about the team and obviously the players."
Patrik Laine and Jordan Leigh are quite excited about moving to Montreal.
