Sam Gagner's wife Rachel shares adorable family pics from Zurich Christmas market and "vertigo inducing" museum
Former Edmonton Oilers forward Sam Gagner and his wife, Rachel Yelena, visited Zurich, Switzerland, this weekend, where they explored the WOW Museum and the Weihnachtsdorf Christmas market. Their three kids, Cooper, Beckham and Cali, also joined the couple on the trip.
On Sunday, Rachel shared several Instagram stories from their outing. The first photo showed the whole family posing in front of a mirror at the WOW Museum, where they had fun with the unique reflections. Rachel joked about the museum being “vertigo-inducing” and rated it 6.5 out of 10.
“Will take your money and leave you with vertigo 6.5/10 recommend 😇,” she wrote.
She also posted a mirror selfie, wearing a blue oversized shirt and tall black boots, with the caption:
“But at least gave me a mirror to show I’m alive and swell this trip 😎😂.”
Other pictures featured their kids enjoying the museum. Beckham smiled brightly in a kaleidoscope mirror effect, while Cooper appeared in another fun, colorful shot.
After the museum, the family headed out for lunch as it started to rain. A clip showed Sam Gagner walking with two of the kids under an umbrella, followed by a cozy scene at the restaurant where the children enjoyed their meals.

In her stories, Rachel also shared a sweet moment with her daughter, Cali, who wore a purple sweater with a bear design. One image showed Cali making a playful gesture at the table. She then posted a mirror selfie with her daughter, as Rachel wore a fitted black sheer dress with long sleeves and an asymmetrical hemline, pairing it with tall, glossy black boots.
The outing ended with a visit to the Weihnachtsdorf Christmas market, where Rachel posed with her three kids in front of a sparkling Christmas tree. The family, all bundled up in coats, looked happy soaking in the holiday spirit in Zurich.
Unbeknownst to many, Rachel Yelena is a doctor from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She graduated in medicine from the University of Alberta in 2013 and works at a family medical clinic in Edmonton.
