Vladimir Tarasenko's wife Yana shares glimpses from Panthers AC Max Ivanov's beachside Stanley Cup party
Stanley Cup champion and former Florida Panther Vladimir Tarasenko’s wife Yana Tarasenko shared a series of photos on Instagram on Saturday from their Stanley Cup celebration party. The event was hosted by Panthers assistant coach Max Ivanov and his wife Kate Mirgorodskaya when the trophy came to them as part of the Stanley Cup Champions’ tour.
The post included a snap of Yana posing with the NHL's first official female 'Cup Keeper' Miragh Bitove beside the Stanley Cup on a red carpet.
“So nice to see you again @miraghbitove,” Yana Tarasenko wrote.
The Stanley Cup was displayed on a beach side setting with the words “CHAMPIONS” written in the background. Ivanov’s party saw violinist Tamara Sieviieva play in the evening.
Ivanov’s wife Kate also posted and reposted a series of special moments from their celebratory night on her Instagram stories.
She reposted a few snaps from the party where the Ivanovs posed with guests beside the Cup, toasted champagne and partied. One of the clips showed the Stanley Cup being paraded on a convertible driven by the Ivanovs with people cheering in the background. The car was decorated with Panthers logos and mentions of their recent playoff run.
Vladimir Tarasenko takes Stanley Cup trophy to patients at Broward Health
Earlier this summer, Vladimir Tarasenko dedicated his Stanley Cup day to making a positive impact in South Florida. As part of the Stanley Cup Champions' tour, he visited several locations starting with Broward Health, a medical facility in the area.
Tarasenko walked through the hospital halls with the cup, posing for pictures with children and engaging in activities like painting with them.
“We believe that the way you treat people, you get it back at the end of the day. So we wanted them to see and also spend together as much time as we can,” said Tarasenko during the visit. [H/T WSVN]
Vladimir Tarasenko also made a $10,000 donation to Broward Health and the Boys & Girls Club of Broward County, for helping children and their families receive medical care. His donation supported the hospital’s efforts to provide additional resources for young patients.
