San Jose Sharks forward Alex Wennberg’s wife, Felicia, shared some sweet moments from their Christmas celebrations with their toddler, Ivy, and son, Rio. The photos posted on her Instagram story showed the family enjoying the holiday season together.
One photo shows Wennberg helping Rio lace up his skates. It’s a simple, heartwarming "hockey dad" moment which Felicia captioned:
"POV: You've waited your whole life to be a hockey dad."
Another photo captures the family outside under beautiful holiday lights, with Felicia holding Ivy and Alexander carrying Rio.
Felicia also posted a photo of baby Ivy with her uncle, with the caption, "world’s greatest uncle." In another shot, Felicia takes a selfie with Rio at a café. The caption says:
“The biggest gift of my life every year,” showing her love for her family.
In front of the Christmas tree, Ivy holds Rio in a sweet moment. Felicia jokingly mentions that a gingerbread cookie helped them get the picture.
She also shared a photo of a tray of handmade drink markers from her sister-in-law. She wrote:
"My sister in law made GUEST drink markers / jewelry for all of our closest friends and family. Most thoughtful gift ever"
There’s a cute photo of Ivy learning to walk, with a caption noting how fast she’s growing.
"Please don't walk anytime soon baby girl," the caption reads.
In another shot, Felicia kisses Rio on the cheek while they’re outside, calling it "cute aggression."
The last highlight shows Alex Wennberg and Rio on the ice, sharing a fun moment. Felicia later helps Rio as he skates, adding to the holiday spirit.
Previously, Felicia wished Alex Wennberg on his 30th birthday
On September 22, Felicia Wennberg shared a photo on Instagram celebrating her husband Alex Wennberg’s 30th birthday. She called him "a freaking fossil in hockey years" and expressed her love for him. Felicia praised Alex for being a great father:
"My guy is Dirty 30 / a freaking fossil in hockey years 🤍 I love you and everything you are. No one is a better father and husband, and I am so grateful for everything you do for our family."
Earlier in August, Felicia posted moments with their two kids. One photo showed Ivy in a jumpsuit and flower-shaped goggles, while Rio helped care for her.
This season, Alex Wennberg signed a two-year contract with the San Jose Sharks. He looks forward to mentoring younger players and contributing to the team.
