A massive brawl erupted in the stands at Rogers Place on Wednesday night during Game 4 between the Edmonton Oilers and Dallas Stars. A video shows a couple of fans exchanging punches and wrestling each other.

The cause of the chaos remains unknown. It was evident that tensions were high as the Oilers stood one victory away from leveling the series.
The Edmonton Oilers went on to defeat the Stars 5-2. The Oilers got goals from Mattias Janmark, Leon Draisaitl, Ryan McLeod, Evan Bouchard and Mattias Ekholm. Goalie Stuart Skinner stopped 20 shots.
For Dallas, Wyatt Johnson and Esa Lindell found the net. Goaltender Jake Oettinger made 24 saves.

The massive brawl that broke out amongst Edmonton Oilers fans during Game 4 sparked plenty of social media reactions. Many fans expressed embarrassment and disgust at the violence. One Twitter user wrote:
"Honestly that is pathetic. It's even more embarrassing that it involved an old man and woman... not kids."
"It’s sad and gross how it seems a majority of the 'issues' at this game are people over the age of 35 and not the kids everyone complains about. This is embarrassing," another commented.
One fan who attended the game shared his experience.
"I was right there. I don’t think anyone got kicked out. Guy in the light sweater who kicked the woman and went for a tumble was definitely there for the next period." One fan wrote on X.

"Apparently from what I heard, the family in the front were super drunk and kept standing and leaning forward, when the people in the back told them to sit back, the wife and husband started freaking out and when were told to relax that when they started throwing drinks" one fan commented on the brawl.

The series now shifts back to Dallas, tied 2-2. Game 5 will be played on Friday night as the Edmonton Oilers look to ride their momentum and move one step closer to the Stanley Cup Final.
