NHL: Stanley Cup Final-Florida Panthers at Edmonton Oilers

WATCH: Jesse Pollock trolls Oilers' Zach Hyman in front of Connor McDavid at his Celebrity Classic golf event

At the fifth Zach Hyman Celebrity Classic Golf event, Jesse Pollock, a Winnipeg Jets supporter and internet personality, played a prank on Hyman by adding a comedic twist to his golf swing. During the event, Zach Hyman teamed up with Oilers captain Connor McDavid for golf.

Many hockey stars and other sports figures also attended. In a BarDown video, Jesse Pollock was seen smiling in a golf cart. He then turned to the camera and said:

"He is gonna be pissed," with a wide smile.

On the course, Hyman chatted with McDavid and others. Suddenly, Pollock took out an air horn and blasted it just as Hyman was swinging his club. Hyman said:

"This ******* guy."

Meanwhile, Pollock laughed heartily as he looked at the camera.

Proceeds from the Celebrity Classic Golf event, which has raised over $2 million since 2018, will benefit several children’s charities.

Zach Hyman talks about Edmonton Oilers offseason moves

Zach Hyman talked about the Edmonton Oilers' moves during the free agency in an interview during the event. Hyman praised the GM Ken Holland and Oilers' management for their offseason moves, including signing Jeff Skinner and Viktor Arvidsson.

“Kenny did a great job during the year and then, obviously with Kenny leaving, (Jeff Jackson) kind of took over the mantle and has done a great job bringing in new guys to make the team better, and bringing guys back too. I think it’s also a testament to the team that guys are willing to come back on team-friendly deals and take discounts to try to win," Hyman said (per NHL.com).
"I think they see how special it is to play in Edmonton. It’s now become more of a destination to play. That’s really awesome to see.”

Despite the Game 7 loss in the Stanley Cup Final, the team remains focused on the next season. Talking about Jeff Skinner, Zach Hyman hailed him as a talented goal scorer.

“We played for a long time together back in the day,” Hyman said “It’s been a long, long, long time since we played together, but obviously watching from afar and playing against him, he's a really talented guy and goal-scorer. Very excited to see how the two of them mesh with our group.”

Hyman added that the last few weeks have shown that Oilers have become an appealing destination for players, whether they are considering remaining with the team or joining them.
