In a heated clash on Monday night, Max Domi of the Toronto Maple Leafs didn't hold back as he confronted Tampa Bay Lightning's Zemgus Girgensons.
The incident unfolded during the third period after Girgensons had delivered a high hit on Oliver Ekman-Larsson behind the net. Domi, clearly unimpressed with Girgensons' actions, quickly skated over to challenge him.
Once the gloves dropped, Max Domi unleased a flurry of heavy punches, taking down the Lightning forward with solid shots. The intensity escalated until the referees stepped in to break up the fight.
