Nebraska Volleyball's Harper Murray announces new 'clothing' venture

Nebraska Cornhuskers' outside hitter Harper Murray announced a new clothing venture to sell some of her stylish apparel. The two-time All-American is currently enjoying her off-season after leading the Huskers to the NCAA Final Four last year.

Murray shared the update in an Instagram story on Wednesday, January 22, and announced that she had set up a new account on the platform for her clothes. Posing in a casual selfie with Creighton Bluejays' Saige Damrow, she wrote:

"@clothesharper made an insta account for my clothes yay!"

"First to comment is the buyer and we can lower prices if needed! Once you comment I will DM you for your info and pay for shipping! Thanks guys💓"

The 19-year-old has been posting on her new Instagram profile for several days now and has sold a number of items ranging from Air Jordan Sneakers to Jumpsuits.

Despite struggling with mental health issues at the start of the season, Murray played a pivotal role in Nebraska's road to the NCAA Final Four. She led the team in kills with 3.40 per set while registering 2.43 digs per set. The outside hitter finished the season with an impressive nine double-doubles and would be eager to win her maiden NCAA title in her junior year.

Nebraska Cornhuskers will be without their star players, Lexi Rodriguez and Merrit Beason, in the 2025 Volleyball season after the two seniors turned professional at the end of last season, and outside hitter Harper Murray hopes to make up for their absence.

Like I said earlier, the leadership side of things is going to be big for us. Merritt and Lexi are leaving, and we're going to need people to step up, and that's something I hope to step into, but more mentally, I think that's where the growth is going to come, and physically, volleyball is a game of errors and momentum, so that's always something to keep in back of your head," she said

The 19-year-old joined the Huskers in the 2023 season and posted the second-highest number of kills for the team in her freshman year. She took the top spot with 3.40 kills per set last season and would hope to better it as well this year.
