"These activists need to be in jail" - Riley Gaines reacts to her friend allegedly being harassed by protestors

Riley Gaines recently reacted to her colleague Olivia Krolczyk being harassed by protestors. Krolczyk was allegedly held hostage by some of the far-left protestors until the police came to the rescue.

According to the media reports, Krolczyk, who represents the Riley Gaines Center, was all set to speak at the 'Protect Women from Men' event at the University of Washington, sponsored by the Turning Point of USA chapter. However, the premises were raided by far-left activists, who locked her in a room, pulled the fire alarms, and continuously banged on the door.

On Tuesday, Gaines reacted to the situation as she shared a video of the same on her X handle, with the following caption:

"My friend @oliviakrolczyk_was set to speak for the @TPUSA chapter at UWashington tonight. Protestors have barricaded her in a room, pulled the fire alarms, and are banging on the door. She can't evacuate the building at this point. These activists need to be in jail."

When Krolczyk was evacuated from the premises, Gaines further posted on her X handle,

"Olivia just got let out of the room and taken to the police department. She is safe now. @UW knew about the event and the protests on campus. I hope this is something the federal gov can get involved in."

Riley Gaines had to endure a similar situation in early 2023, where she was reportedly held to ransom by protesters at the San Francisco State University. Not only was Gaines subject to assault for four hours, but her requests for a proper inquiry also allegedly went unheard.

Riley Gaines recently reacted to the passing of the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act. According to this bill, trans athletes will be banned from participating in any event related to women's sports in the USA.

Introduced by Republican senator William Gregory Steube, the Act was passed by the House of Representatives with a majority vote of 218-206, including 2 bipartisan votes from Democrat senators.

Gaines reacted to the occasion by posting on her X handle,

"The Protection of Women and Girls Sports Act passes the House with 2 Texas Democrats (Gonzalez and Cuellar) voting in support making it bipartisan. On to the senate!"

In another conversation with Fox News, Gaines explained the reason behind supporting this campaign. In her words,

"Men do not belong in women's sports and with the House passage of Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act we are one step closer as a nation to making sure that not one more male athlete is able to take a trophy, a roster spot, playing time, resources or opportunity to compete from a women."

Riley Gaines has been campaigning for the exclusion of trans athletes from women's sports since 2022. She had gained limelight for her campaign against the alleged bias shown by the NCAA towards transgender swimmer Lia Thomas at the 2022 NCAA Swimming Championships.
