WATCH: Olivia Dunne flaunts NCAA Championship rings as she returns to LSU for a fifth year

LSU Tigers gymnast Olivia Dunne recently showed off her NCAA Championship rings, which she received along with her team. The 21-year-old, who has returned for her fifth and final year at LSU, boasted the glitzy accessories in a social media video.

Dunne joined the LSU Tigers gymnastics team in 2020, two years after turning professional. She made her NCAA debut in the 2020–2021 season at a match against Arkansas. The gymnast has competed in four NCAA championships. Dunne's team bagged their first national championship title in April.

The Tigers were recently rewarded with blingy championship rings. Olivia Dunne, who has a massive fan following on social media, flaunted the rings on Instagram. She posted a reel showing her championship rings—oone side reading her name ‘Dunne’ and the other featuring “LSU 2024 Champions" and showing the Tigers logo.

The gymnast was spotted dancing in her black dress. She captioned the reel:

“@lsugym natty champ bling💍”

Olivia Dunne confirmed her return to her fifth LSU year in July. She told her fans about her dedicated training and renewed love for gymnastics, which pushed her to return.

In the new season, Dunne will be seen teaming up with fellow teammates Haleigh Bryant, Sierra Ballard, Chase Brock, and Alyona Shchennikova to defend their title.

Olivia Dunne decided to return for her final season with the LSU Tigers. In an interview with the New York Post, Dunne spoke about her decision.

"Our team made LSU history - first national championship. It was so exciting for not only our team but the whole university. And that is a feeling that I want to feel again,” the gymnast said.

Furthermore, she mentioned her “love” for the sport and the bond she has with her teammates.

“It was so special and the bond with the girls - And I've really found my love for the sport again last year, I'd say. So that's one of the main reasons why I wanted to come back,” she added.

LSU Tigers Gymnastics is yet to announce its home schedule for the season 2025.
