WATCH: Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles, and fellow Olympian gymnasts discuss their nicknames as they prepare for Gold Over America tour

Simone Biles is preparing for the upcoming 'Gold over America Tour' in full swing. An Instagram reel involving Biles, fellow gymnast Jordan Chiles and other Olympians went viral, where each athlete was seen discussing their nicknames.

Former NCAA champion Ian Gunther, who is accompanying the team, uploaded an Instagram reel on his social media account, which shows Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles, Hezly Rivera and Brody Malone among others discussing their nicknames.

The post was captioned as:

"Who has the best nickname?"

In the video, when Simone Biles was asked the question, she replied,

"Queen, 'S', and little kids call me Mone, cause they usually can't pronounce my name."

When Yul Moldauer was asked, she simply remarked,

"The Bull"

When Jordan Chiles was asked the same question, she said,

"Jo, 'J', Chick, twin and friend."

Next up was Olympic bronze medalist Brody Malone, who cheekily replied,

"John B"

Simone Biles and her fellow gymnasts are currently preparing for the Gold Over America Tour, which will commence from September 16 at Oceanside in California, and conclude on November 3 at Detroit in the state of Michigan. The tour comprises 32 shows in 30 cities throughout the USA. For the first time since its inception in 2021, the Gold over America Tour will also have male artistic gymnastics, as well as some elements from the rhythmic gymnastics event.

This is the second time that Simone Biles has organized the Gold Over America Tour. Blending gymnastics with entertainment, the first such tour was organized in 2021, where 32 shows were conducted around 35 cities. UCLA gymnastics coach Valorie Kondos Field would be the supervising choreographer for this show.

Simone Biles recently opened up about returning to this tour after three years. She was extremely excited about the tour as she mentioned,

"I'm so honored and excited to welcome these incredible and courageous athletes to the tour for an amazing and unforgettable journey. This tour is not only about amazing performances, but connecting with the communities and building up the confidence of the next generation of athletes. We... can't wait to take a victory lap around the US and celebrate with all the fans this fall."

Biles also remarked about the range offered in the current tour as she said,

"I’m most excited for the fans to see the best of both worlds. Men’s and women’s gymnastics in one arena, at the same exact time, sharing the same floor.”

Conceptualized by Simone Biles in 2019, the Gold over America Tour took place for the first time in 2021. This would be Simone Biles' final performance for this season before she takes a break for the upcoming year.
