Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold performed the Charleston dance to the song 'A Star is Born' from the movie 'Hercules' on the Disney-themed night. The two will soon dance to a song on the Halloween theme for the next week.
When Stephen Nedoroscik dedicated his performance to men's gymnastics
Stephen Nedoroscik has gained an impressive fan following with the 33rd season of the 'Dancing with the Stars', owing to his consistency with his dancing performances. With each performance, the 25-year-old gymnast proved his prowess on the dance stage, just like he does on the gymnastics mat.
In the previous week, Nedoroscik dedicated his Argentine tango performance to the men's gymnastics. He did so by opening his performance with a brilliant pommel horse routine before he broke into the tango with his dancing partner Rylee Arnold. USA Gymnastics lauded his performance on their official X handle [formerly Twitter] as they wrote,
"Stephen. DID. THAT. 33/40 — constantly improving AND doing it for men’s gymnastics!"
The unique blend impressed both the jury and the audience, as the pair was awarded 33 out of 40, the second-highest score for the night. The USA Gymnastics further praised their performance by posting some photographs of the performance with the caption,
"Just one of us can do it for all of us.' Get ready to see @GymnastSteve rock the Pommel Horse AND the dance floor! Tune in now on ABC and remember to vote!"
Stephen Nedoroscik was all set to join the Simone Biles-led 'Gold over America Tour' after the Paris Olympics. However, midway through the Olympics, he got an offer from 'Dancing with the Stars.' Though apprehensive of his dancing skills, Nedoroscik decided to give it a try, and today, he is one of the top favorites for the coveted trophy.
