"You’re going to smash it mama"- Tara Davis-Woodhall's husband Hunter shows support ahead of Paris Olympic champion's last event of 2024

Tara Davis-Woodhall's husband Hunter recently extended his support for the Paris Olympics gold medalist ahead of her final event of 2024. Davis-Woodhall clinched won the women's long jump event after clearing a distance of 7.10m

Following the glorious feat, the long jumper will compete in the last event of her 2024 season. Tara Davis-Woodhall will next compete in the Rome Diamond League on Friday, August 30, 2024, at the Olympic Stadium in Italy. The long jumper took the opportunity to inform the fans about her last event and extended her gratitude for their steadfast support throughout the season.

"Last one best one.. tomorrow is the last competition of my 2024 season. Every meet has been such a blessing," she wrote. "This year has been all about no expectations, going into each meet with joy and excitement. "

She added:

"This meet is for myself. Everything I've worked on this season I will try to execute and be the best version of myself. Thank you to everyone who supported me this year. I’ve felt so much love this year😫"

Davis-Woodhall's husband Hunter, who has accompanied her in almost all races asserted confidence that she would triumph. He graced the comments section, suggesting the long jumper to have fun and celebrate her achievements.

"You’re going to smash it mama," Woodhall wrote. "This one’s for you, go enjoy your moment!"

Woodhall will cheer for his wife from afar as he competes at the Paralympics in Paris.

Hunter Woodhall is all set to make his third appearance at the Paralympic Games in Paris. He bagged a silver and a bronze medal in the 200m and 400m, respectively at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio and a bronze medal in the 400m at the Tokyo Games.

Team USA's official social media account informed the fans following his touchdown in the French capital.

"@hunterwoodhall officially touched down for the #ParisParalympics ☑️, " they wrote.

Tara Davis-Woodhall commented:

"I am quite literally obsessed with you.

After getting engaged in September 2021, the couple exchanged their wedding vows on October 16, 2022.
