Apple TV’s Abbott Elementary is now in its fourth season. Created by Quinta Brunson, who also stars in the series Janelle Teagues, the series focuses on a group of primary teachers at the Abbott Elementary School and the various antics and struggles the teachers get into in their professional and private lives.

The series, which concluded with its third season earlier this year in May, has the following official synopsis:

“A workplace comedy centered around a group of dedicated teachers - and an oblivious principal - in a Philadelphia public school where, despite the odds stacked against them, they are determined to help their students succeed in life.”

Season 4 is set to delve into a range of new developments. It is expected to finally bring fruition to the longstanding romantic arc between Teagues and Gregory Eddie, Tyler James Williams’ character. Further, it will also include a crossover episode featuring major stars from the long-running It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia series.

Season 4, now available to stream on multiple platforms, including Apple TV+ and Hulu, will consist of a total of 22 episodes.
