Kevin Durant tells IShowSpeed to "back up" after streamer seemingly gets too close to him during ImPaulsive podcast
Kevin Durant, one of the most popular faces of the NBA, was recently announced as the new Prime Hydration (drinks company co-owned by Logan Paul and JJ "KSI") athlete. Subsequently, he was invited to the popular ImPaulsive Podcast co-hosted by Logan Paul and Mike Majlak. The podcast episode also featured YouTube streamer Darren "IShowSpeed," who signed with Prime.
IShowSpeed being there meant the episode would definitely have a comical moment or two. For instance, at one point in the episode, Kevin Durant noticed that the streamer was leaning a bit too close to him despite being seated in a different chair. The NBA star called out:
"Yo, back (up). (Mike Majlak says, 'Look how's he sitting.') You got your legs cocked, I'm just saying, that you're gazing into my eyes. Like, really for real, back up from off me."
IShowSpeed then gave one of his peculiar responses, stating:
"I'm just like...this is like, beautiful. I like to hear him talk."
Durant still wanted Speed to keep some distance and change his posture:
"Nah, for real bro, you're leaning up with something."

IShowSpeed never fails to display his unusual antics, even in front of A-list celebrities. This often results in comical moments. In the latest episode of ImPaulsive, the streamer attempted to give NBA star Kevin Durant some dating advice, saying:
"Trust me, you got your heart broken once. I used to be like him once...that one hand won't last forever bro, you need something that (lasts)."

Kevin Durant quipped, asking Speed not to put him in the same bracket as himself (considering that there is a gap of 16 years between them):
"Bro, you 16, bro (Speed is 19 in reality). Do not compare yourself to me, you 16. You have no other resource but your hands. So please don't put me in the same tier as you when it comes to that."
This wasn’t the only comical interaction IShowSpeed has had with an athlete recently. The streamer also collaborated with none other than football legend Zlatan Ibrahimovic. During their amusing broadcast together, IShowSpeed even pulled the "English or Spanish" troll challenge on Zlatan.
