"Mental health issue" - Ryan Garcia comments on recent allegations against Ava Kris Tyson in now-deleted tweet

Ava Kris Tyson (formerly Chris Tyson) has ended up on the front pages of streaming news once again. The MrBeast crew member went viral yesterday (July 22) after a series of allegations were dropped against her. For context, the allegations included her being a 'lolicon,' and endorsing the artwork of controversial cartoonist Shadman (who is alleged to engage with CP).

Ava's allegations found their way to several other creators, online personalities, and even athletes. One of them was Ryan Garcia, the professional boxer. It's worth noting that Garcia himself has been previously embroiled in controversies due to his statements which have been deemed problematic.

The boxer's post, however, is now removed (likely deleted by him). A screengrab of his rant was shared by online news page Drama Alert (@DramaAlert). In the post (he reposted a tweet alleging Ava to have left her family), he went on a rather homophobic rant, stating:

"Mental health issues. Hell got a special place for this f*ggot. Ugly maggot."

Has the victim spoken about the allegations against Ava Kris Tyson?

Ava Kris Tyson has once again found herself amidst a controversy that surfaced yesterday. For those out of the loop, she was alleged to have groomed a then 13-year-old individual (who goes by the name "Lava" on X).

However, Lava has come forward, asserting that he did not meet Kris privately but in the presence of his family. He also mentioned that MrBeast and his crew members were present during the meeting.

He also asserted that Ava did not groom or exploit him in any shape or form. However, he did mention that some edgy jokes were made by Ava (then Chris Tyson). Lava's statements were summarised by Drama Alert founder Daniel "Keemstar" who wrote:

"Lava 'I was NOT groomed by Kris Tyson.' Lava 'I did not meet Kris Tyson by myself. I met Kris and the MrBeast crew with my family present.' Lava 'I ran a Discord with Kris Tyson when I was 13 and edgy inappropriate jokes were said that’s it.'"

There have also been rumors that Kris removed all her posts from her X account. However, a former MrBeast crew member came forward and stated that she had done so weeks ago.
