A few followers, like @woccery, were initially of the opinion that the news might be a prank, However, the image and the 1 pm stream time had them convinced. The user said,
“You know he’s definitely streaming with him because a 1 pm stream is insane 😭😭 when has adin ever done that”
User @Trainwrecks1v3 wished Adin Ross luck for what they presumed to be “the best stream of all time.”
However, not everyone was that positive. Some followers, like @royal_bobby24, were not convinced that Ross and Trump had enough to talk about. They said:
“I wonder what these mfs will talk about 😭”
Creator @behizyTweets claimed that Ross would be gifting Trump a Cybertruck.
Internet personality Bo Loudon also posted several images featuring the streamer and Donald Trump together, along with pictures from the set.
The Adin Ross and Donald Trump interview is part of the latter's election campaign
Adin Ross announced the collaboration with Trump on his livestream on July 31, 2024. The interview was going to be part of Trump’s election campaign. The streamer had said:
"I'm happy to be in the situation where I'm about to say... August 5th, which is next Monday, I have a stream with the President, Donald Trump. We've been working on this for weeks (and) months. It's officially locked in. We will have a livestream with the President, Donald Trump, on August 5th... and it's going to be insane. It's going to be probably around, like, 1 pm Eastern Time."
According to a post by @scubaryan, one of the most important things on the agenda for the interview is asking for a pardon for Tory Lanez, who is currently in prison for shooting Megan Thee Stallion. The two have been known to share a close relationship.
