"Who woulda thought": Nickmercs comments about allegations of pedophilia against Ava Kris Tyson

FaZe Clan co-founder Nickmercs has addressed the pedophilia allegations against Ava Kris Tyson, who is best known for being a co-host for MrBeast’s YouTube channel. Tyson has been accused of grooming and pedophilia by two YouTubers, prism42 and Breone.

As per the allegations, Tyson initiated communication with a 13-year-old minor when she was 20. The two allegedly continued to exchange inappropriate texts, culminating in plans to meet up when the minor was 16 years of age.

While the veracity of the allegations has not yet been confirmed, many have shared their opinion about the situation online. Nickmercs, who has previously made comments about Ava Kris Tyson, particularly around her trans identity, also chimed in.

Sharing a screenshot of the allegations, Nickmercs said:

“Wow, who woulda thought… 😱”

He posted the comment alongside a retweet of his post from June 23, 2024, where he had criticized Tyson for her journey with hormone replacement therapy and her alleged decision to leave her wife. Nickmercs had said in the tweet:

“You should be ashamed of yourself. Leaving behind your wife & child, to play pretend. One day you’ll wake up, and realize what you’ve done.”

His latest post has over 43K likes, and many in the replies have agreed with his sentiments.

Nickmercs has made comments about the LGBTQ community in the past

Nickmercs has commented about the trans community in the past as well. In a livestream of him playing Elden Ring, Nick had said:

“There's no such thing as trans people. That's something that you created. So, have fun in your little dreamland, but that s**t is not even real. Let me bring it down for you, all right? P***s - dude. V****a - girl. Done! Don't come in here with f**king trans s**t, bruh! Ridiculous!"

On June 9, 2023, the streamer claimed that children should be "left alone," in agreement with an anti-LGBTQ+ group. While he deleted the tweet soon after, his Operator bundle was removed by Activision.

The victim, who is now 20 years old, has reportedly spoken up about the allegations. He allegedly told Keemstar:

"I was not groomed by Kris Tyson… I did not meet Kris Tyson by myself, i met Kris & the Mr Beast crew with my family present"

He claims that the streamer never did anything wrong and that he is not a victim.
