Amid rumors of her dating NBA player Jalen Duren, Chicago Sky star Angel Reese left a cryptic comment on her former teammate Kysre Gondrezick's Instagram post. Gondrezick's post featured a series of images including a snap of a dessert with her rumored boyfriend NBA star Jaylen Brown's face on it.

Rumors of Angel Reese dating Jalen Duren sparked after they both posted vacation photos that seemed to be from the same location on Jul. 30. The Sky rookie posted a video of herself during sunset at a resort that appeared similar to Duren's landscape video of a sunset, with both showing rocky terrain and wooden cabanas in the background.
Kysre Gondrezick feels "separation anxiety" after Angel Reese's affectionate post
Former Chicago Sky teammates Angel Reese and Kysre Gondrezick seem to have developed a close friendship during Gondrezick's brief stint with the team at the start of the 2024 WNBA season. They have continued the friendship ever since and linked up off the court on various occasions and frequently feature on each other's social handles.
The last time they met was when they went to see an NBA Summer League game with Gondrezick's rumored boyfriend, Jaylen Brown, in July. On Tuesday, Reese shared a snap of them at the game and penned an affectionate note for Gondrezick on her Instagram story.
"Miss you pookieeeee 🥹 Come back to Chicago & visit me soon. thanks," Reese captioned the story.
Gondrezick reshared the story and reciprocated the bond:
"Having separation anxiety."
Currently a free agent, Kysre Gondrezick made her return to the WNBA in February after taking a two-year break. She was picked up by the Sky as a substitute player ahead of the 2024 season but was waived after just five games. The fourth overall pick of the 2021 WNBA Draft only saw a total of 16 minutes of action and averaged 1.0 points, 0.4 rebounds, 0.4 assists and 0.8 steals per game.
