"My poor bank account" Valorant fans react to new RGX 3.0 bundle

Riot Games is all set to release the new RGX 3.0 bundle in Valorant. This new bundle will include only include three weapons. These are the Outlaw, Sheriff and knife. The game did not have many premium Outlaw skins and this bundle aims to fill that hole for those who love using the weapon. A clip showcasing the skins in action was uploaded on the official Valorant X account on July 16, 2024 and fans appear to be ready to spend their savings on it.

X user @PrideOnTwitch was already mourning the damage to their bank account as they seemingly prepared to buy the upcoming RGX 3.0 bundle, and they were just one of the many.

In fact, even pro teams were left stunned by the announcement. The official account of the Valorant team Fnatic responded to the post in disbelief. An RGX bundle right after Evori Dreamwings may feel like a dream to many.

"u cant just drop dreamwings bundle and then this"

One fan's response drew attention to Champions Seoul which is just about to begin. This implies that Riot Games will probably drop a beautiful new Champions bundle soon. User @Maciej884266 couldn't decide if they should buy the RGX 3.0 or wait for a different bundle instead.

Meanwhile, user @TheSmaugBaggins would seemingly much rather await another Elderflame bundle instead. Perhaps Riot Games could shift their attention to it for many eager fans.

"Still waiting on Elderflame 2.0 maybe now that RGX has completed we might get it"

Finally, user @Spo4343 felt that the bundle would be too expensive. They believed they could purchase a whole new game with the money instead. It's important to note that Riot Games has yet to reveal the actual prize of the RGX 3.0 bundle.

"Love the bundle, unfortunately I'm not paying the price of a whole video game to look cool in a game"

The new bundle may well be the very first premium skin line to drop during patch 9.01 which was released on July 16, 2024. Here are a few highlights from the patch notes.

Valorant patch 9.01 was minor for PC users since the most significant exclusive update on this platform was the introduction of the 'Pick 'Ems' feature in the Esports section.

Meanwhile, console players finally received all the buffs and nerfs applied to Raze, Neon and Iso during the last PC patch. Furthermore, Lotus also joins the Competitive, Unranked, Deathmatch and Swiftplay queues.

Apart from these changes, both platforms received animation updates for the Outlaw.
