Valorant: Complete Chamber Abyss guide
Without a Chamber Abyss guide, this agent on this map can be a little challenging since he doesn't work very well as a Sentinel on a map of this scale. However, taking aggressive positions with his Rendezvous is perhaps the most impactful strategy. To do so, becoming the sniper on the team is essential, allowing quick one-shot frags before returning to a safe position. Using the Operator during full-buy rounds and the Outlaw during low-buy is ideal.
This Chamber Abyss guide will explore some strategies and angles players can use during matches.
Complete Chamber Abyss guide
Playing Chamber on a map like Abyss means forcing your opponents to take awkward fights they're not ready for, especially during the defensive half. This Chamber Abyss guide will first discuss a few aggressive defense strategies on the brand-new Valorant map.
Defense on A Site
Taking a position in A Main
This position requires quick and efficient movement skills. As soon as the barrier drops, jump out of the A Site entrance and move toward the drop in A-Main. Additionally, you can move to the left-most edge of Main to get an off-angle. Opponents will not expect you to be here, so take a quick frag and teleport back in safely.
Taking a position on the Site
Yet another interesting position. Put down the Rendezvous in A Tower and jump down. This is another position enemies won't expect you to be in with a sniper rifle. Take your shot and move back to safety.
You may also release your Trademark in this position on A Site. Opponents trying to go for the default plant will get detected and you can spam this location from A Tower even if it gets smoked. This trap is also not visible from A Main making it difficult to shoot down from a distance.

Defense on Mid
Taking a position in Mid
This is one way to take a surprising position on the shelf in Mid Library. Always remember to try and smoke off one of the two angles visible in the image. This will give you some advantage over a rushing opponent. Next, retract your Rendezvous anchor so you don't teleport back into the open.
Finally, take your shot and then quickly step back to fall off the shelf and into a safe position.
Valorant's Abyss map has an A Vents section where breakable doors can be used to force your way toward A Tower. Ensure your opponent gets detected by keeping your Trademark in this corner. Even if it gets broken, your team will be alerted of the enemy's movement.

Defense on B Site
Taking the position
Using this Rendezvous position, you can catch enemies off guard. Aim at B Window and secure an easy frag over approaching opponents. You may also jump over to the other side following a flash and take a quick frag. Next, return to safety and defend from within the B Site.
This Trademark position will slow down opponents no matter what entryway they choose from B Main. It can also not be seen from a distance, and destroying it during a rush is a challenging task.
Attack approach with Chamber on Abyss
Taking position
Since Chamber is a Sentinel, he shouldn't be one of the entry Agents on Abyss. This role should ideally be fulfilled by Duelists like Jett and Raze. However, the French Agent can act as an additional information-gathering tool.
Put down your Rendezvous anchor before entering and quickly jump onto the site to gather intel. Once in danger, you can teleport right back. This keeps Chamber safe and helps gather information. There is also a good chance of collecting a frag while you're at it.
This Chamber Abyss guide now comes to an end. Remember, this Agent cannot anchor a site effectively without actively engaging in battle. He isn't as effective as Cypher on Abyss since he only has one trap. Take gunfights as much as possible to keep the Spike from getting planted.
