Alpine Eco Volleyball League

IndiaKhelo brings to you the second edition of Alpine Eco Volleyball League on the 27th & 28th February. 9 teams from Alpine Eco society, Rohan Vasantha, Purva Fountain Square & Gopalan Grandeur will lock their horns to win the championships. The matches will be played in the volleyball courts of Alpine Eco Society throughout the day and also during the night under floodlights.

This league had started a year ago in 2009 when the Alpine Eco society people took the initiative to promote competitive sporting spirit not only within the societies but also in the nearby societies. Though on an informal platform they invited nearby societies to play friendly matches and that was the beginning of a legacy that Alpine Eco would be proud of. However, within a year this has grown into a league with numerous teams willing to be a part of this league. Nevertheless each team has a solid fan base whose enthusiasm on the courts as the cheering squad is overwhelming.
