Batista opens up about his role in Bond flick SPECTRE
David Bautista, popularly known by his WWE ring name Batista has opened up about his role as assassin Mr. Hinx in the highly anticipated Bond flick SPECTRE in an interview with British newspaper The Daily Star.
The 46-year-old was quoted as saying: “On the surface Mr Hinx isn’t a monster. He is very well-dressed. He is very charming. And he never forgets his manners.
“For me that is what makes him so terrifying.
“He comes across as the sort of man who holds the door open for people. But beneath that he is a highly trained, cold-blooded killer”
He added: “What I really like about him is he’s not just there to fight – he has a sense of humour with it.”
And mind you, Mr. Hinx is no ordinary henchman. He’s second in command to Franz Oberhauser, played by Academy Award-winning actor Christoph Watz, a high ranking member of anti-government organization, SPECTRE.
Needless to say we can’t wait to see Batista lock horns with Daniel Craig’s James Bond when SPECTRE releases, come 26th October.
