10 active WWE Superstars with the most title reigns
What is the best case for a superstar being worthy of induction in the WWE Hall of Fame? While many would consider the number of titles a superstar has won as one of the main factors towards an induction, remember that someone like Koko B. Ware is in the Hall of Fame.
But if a list of titles was the main criteria by which superstars were judged, whom from the current WWE roster would then be considered Hall-of-Fame bound?

Would someone like John Cena, Brock Lesnar or Kane be worthy? How about someone like Dean Ambrose or Seth Rollins?
For this list, I'm only considering wrestlers who have had at least one match within the last sixth months. Therefore, someone like The Rock won't be on this list.
The titles being considered are the WWE Championship, the World Heavyweight Championship/Universal Championship, the Tag Team Titles, the Intercontinental Championship and the United States Title.
Of the current roster in WWE, here are the ten superstars with the most combined title reigns during their time in the WWE.
#10: Tie - Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio (9 combined title reigns each)
While he has only been on the main roster since 2013, Seth Rollins has the same number of combined title reigns as future Hall-of-Famer Rey Mysterio.
Mysterio has won the Intercontinental Championship twice and is a four-time tag team champion. He held the tag titles with four different partners - Batista, Eddie Guerrero, Rob Van Dam and Edge.
He has also held the WWE Championship once and the World Heavyweight Championship, or 'Big Gold Belt', twice.
Mysterio's last championship was in 2011 when he defeated the Miz in a tournament to crown a new WWE Champion after CM Punk had 'departed' WWE with his WWE Championship.
In his six-plus years on the main roster, Rollins has captured the Intercontinental Championship twice, the United State Championship once and the tag team titles four times. His partners during the tag team title reigns include Dean Ambrose (two times, Roman Reigns and Jason Jordan. He's also held the WWE Championship twice.
Will he soon add a possible Universal Championship to his list of titles thus breaking his tie with Mysterio? We can only hope.
