Best and worst of WWE RAW (25th Feb)- Roman Reigns & Batista return
I've been doing this column for three years now, and sometimes it's a chore to sit through WWE RAW. Not this week, when WWE packed the show with a lot of good and very little that was bad. I shall still list out the good and the bad, like I always do, in this column. And like always, I invite your thoughts and views.
WWE decided to step it up on the road to WrestleMania 35. And they proved that when they decide to put on a show, they put on a show for the ages. I just wonder why they don't do this every single week like we know they can.
Fastlane should be a good show now that the whole complexion of the show has changed. And WrestleMania should be an even bigger night.
Here is the good and the bad from the three hours of action we just witnessed this week.
#1 Best: Reigns announces that he is in remission
Roman Reigns made his long-awaited return to RAW this week. The WWE Universe awaited his announcement with bated breath and he did not disappoint. Just like he had promised, he let the WWE Universe know that his cancer was in remission again.
This is not just good news for WWE fans, but also for fans of The Big Dog. Like him or not, nobody deserves to suffer from such a dreaded illness and I'm glad that he is back in action. When he returns to the ring is anyone's guess.
In the year 2019, we all know that WWE is scripted entertainment and therefore we long for those few rare moments that are real. This was one such moment and I'm sure there was more than one moist eye.
