10 female Superstars who will rule WWE in 2018
2017 was a year of ups and downs for women's wrestling. One one hand, the WWE continued to deliver great wrestling action from its women's division. On the other, Lucha Underground star Sexy Star found herself in a heap of trouble after legit breaking an opponent's arm.
While it looks like 2018 could be up for grabs for several of WWE's talent women Superstars, there are ten women who have a leg up on the competition. Here's a look at ten women who could claim the crown and become the Queen of wrestling in 2018.
#10 Ember Moon
Trained by the legendary Booker T, Ember Moon came on like a firestorm, sweeping through the women's division like a hot knife through butter. Quickly she became the number one contender for the undefeated Asuka's title.
Simply put, no one has looked stronger against Asuka than Ember Moon. As Ember herself noted, Asuka has only bent the rules against one opponent. With the help of her finisher, the Eclipse, Ember had an impressive 2017 after battling back from injury.
Could she be the queen?
Maybe, but it won't be easy. Ember is positioned at the top of the NXT brand, but she is still the biggest fish in a small pond. Compared to the stars on Smackdown and Raw, she will be relegated to lower card status simply because of the brand she wrestles on.
That being said, Ember could turn things around and impress just like Asuka, Paige, and Charlotte have done before her. She could take the women's revolution and lead it to a true victory in 2018.
