As of this writing, WWE is already going all out for the 25th Anniversary of RAW. So far they have announced that The Undertaker will be making his first WWE TV appearance since his retirement match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 33. Hall of Famers Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash were also announced to appear and now more recently, WWE has confirmed appearances from The Dudley Boyz, the APA, The New Age Outlaws (as a DX reunion), the Bella Twins and WWE Hall of Famers Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler, Ric Flair, Scott Hall and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
As great as this list is, it could even get bigger and better. There are a dozen more legends that fans would love to see and deserve to put in an appearance and here are just 10 of those.
#10 X Pac

We almost have a complete D-Generation X reunion scheduled for the Anniversary show, with Shawn Michaels and the New Age Outlaws, and they will presumably be joined by Triple H, yes it is almost a full reunion because the notable missing name here is X Pac.
The WWE legend has yet to be announced for the show and the likelihood is that he won't be announced at all. This would be because the former European and Tag Team Champion was arrested at the Los Angeles International Airport on April 29, 2017, while on route to travelling over to the UK for an independent appearance. X Pac was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana, with possible intention to sell, and an outstanding DUI warrant.
I think many fans would still like to see X Pac reunite with his DX brothers even so, not only is X Pac such an important part in the history of the Monday Night Wars but also because the charges against him were ultimately dropped on May 26.
