One of the most eventful years in the history of professional wrestling is coming to an end in a matter of weeks. 2019 saw a lot of firsts inside the squared circle, and a lot of things happened that fans deemed impossible not too long ago.
A glorified mid-carder in Kofi Kingston won the WWE title for the first time in his career at WrestleMania 35, and we witnessed women headlining the event for the first time in history, on the same night.
Former WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes is now the EVP and top Superstar in a legit Pro Wrestling organization named AEW. WWE has brought back shades of the Attitude Era, and CM Punk of all people now works for a WWE show on FOX!

#10 Natalya trumps Sasha Banks' Royal Rumble record
Last year, history was made when WWE presented the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble match in history, with Asuka becoming the first-ever Women's Royal Rumble winner. Sasha Banks had a strong showing in the free-for-all, and lasted just over 54 minutes.
This year, Natalya broke Banks' record by lasting a whopping 56 minutes, but this was the night of "The Man" Becky Lynch, who was the last woman standing in the match.
#9 Toni Storm breaks Rhea Ripley's record as the longest NXT UK Women's Champion
Last year, Rhea Ripley became the first-ever NXT UK Women's Champion by defeating Toni Storm.
The reign lasted 139 days and ended when Storm defeated The Nightmare at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool. Storm went on to break Ripley's record and lasted 231 days as Champion, before losing the belt to Kay Lee Ray at NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff.
