2 Possibilities for Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn once they return
Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn are no doubt one of the most entertaining wrestlers in the WWE right now. After joining forces they had been one of the main focus on SmackDown Live until WrestleMania 34.
Sami Zayn had a terrible feud with Bobby Lashley and also had to go on a hiatus to repair both his rotator cuffs. Owens then had a meaningless feud with Braun Strowman, trying to convince him to take Zayn's place which Braun obviously refused. Owens had a very good match vs Seth Rollins for the Intercontinental Championship. He later said "I Quit" only to return and attack Bobby Lashley the very next week. He turned face for the first time after Lashley ruthlessly attacked him which was done to write Owens off TV as he had to undergo surgery for both of his knees.
Fans are excited to see the charismatic and entertaining duo back in the ring. Here are 2 possible roadmaps for Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn once they return.
#1 Winning the RAW Tag Team Championships
Let's be honest. The RAW Tag Team division was an utter disaster throughout the majority of 2018. I mean having B-Team as your RAW Tag Team Champions for over a month explains everything.
AOP is an amazing tag team being sorely misused and had a reign of 35 days compared to their reign of 203 days as the NXT Tag Team Champions. They also have Drake Maverick as their manager who has been used as a comedic relief revolving around urination. The Revival is constantly getting jobbed and are a complete afterthought though they are getting a push at the moment. The current champions Bobby Roode and Chad Gable are not bringing anything special to the RAW Tag Team division either.
This all makes sense for Owens and Zayn to step up to the occasion and restore some glory to the RAW Tag Team division and making it relevant once again. They are the most logical choices to win the titles and they should win the titles once they return.
