2 reasons why the men's Team Raw could implode at Survivor Series 2018
Survivor Series is back, and once again everyone wants to figure out which is the superior brand. Every member of the WWE Universe has an opinion on which the superior brand is, however, brand supremacy will only be assured after Survivor Series.
Traditionally, the match which determines who has the bragging rights is the men's five on five elimination match, and for the past two years, RAW has won the match. During this year's Survivor Series, RAW hopes to retain the title of the most dominant brand.
However, SmackDown has assembled one of their most formidable line-ups ever. If Team RAW wants to defeat Team SmackDown, they will face an uphill task, and that's only if the team can stick together long enough to last through the match.
In this article, we take a look at possible scenarios which may cause the RAW men's team to implode at Survivor Series.
#1 Braun Strowman's anger
The Monster Among Men is without doubt the most dominant member of Team RAW, and it goes without saying that the entire team is looking up to him to provide some much-needed strength and destruction throughout the match.
Braun is a team player, but how long will his loyalty to the red brand last? Braun is angry, and rightfully so, because Baron Corbin cost him his shot at the Universal Championship in Saudi Arabia.
Stephanie McMahon realised this and promised Braun a chance to get his hands on Baron Corbin, but immediately after that, Baron started pushing Braun's buttons.
If Baron does something similar at Survivor Series, it might be the final straw for Braun Strowman. Braun may choose to ignore the promises Stephanie made to him on RAW, and go after Baron.
This would be a double blow for Team RAW, as they will have lost their leader, and the strongest member of their team will be too distracted. After that, they will be easy pickings for the SmackDown team.
Another scenario which has been speculated is that Baron Corbin may decide that saving himself is more important than RAW getting the bragging rights, and he could cost them the match to save himself.
