28 Dec 2015 RAW fallout : Sin Cara hurt, Rock announces return at WM 32
Last night’s RAW was a historic one, given that it was the final episode of the weekly WWE flagship show of the year 2015. The show itself was memorable, with Vince McMahon getting arrested and John Cena returning to TV action in the main event.
However there were a couple of happenings, one pre-show and the other post-show, that can have ramifications falling out from the show last night.
During a match against Big E, Sin Cara, who is one-half of popular tag team The Lucha Dragons, seemed to have suffered a bad landing off the apron onto the floor. The fall caused the masked Superstar to immediately clutch his left arm and it looked like he had hurt his shoulder.
After a momentary consultation with the ringside doctors, Cara continued the match for another couple of minutes, but it was obvious he hadn’t recovered enough. He tweeted out the following picture from backstage:
Prior to the show’s start, The Rock announced that he will be appearing at WWE Wrestlemania 32 in Dallas, Texas. While it remains to be seen if ‘The Great One’ will be involved in a non-wrestling capacity or otherwise, this is great news for all the fans of ‘The People’s Champion’.
IT'S OFFICIAL: People's Champ is coming home to do 3 things with THE PEOPLE: Set an ALL-TIME attendance record, ELECTRIFY Dallas like never before & make all time #WRESTLEMANIA history. And we have FUN. Ok that's four things but you know what the hell The Rock's sayin'.. . THANK YOU #WWEUniverse! It's always an honor coming home and I wouldn't miss it for the world. #PeoplesChamp4L #MakingElectrifyingHistory #SmackethLaidDownOnThyCandyAsses
