3 biggest moments WWE could be planning for Raw this week (19th August 2019)
This week's Raw will see the beginning of the King of the Ring tournament. The tournament itself has returned after four years and this would give many deserving Superstars some valuable screen time. The WWE roster is very big at the moment and it was a good decision from Paul Heyman to bring this elite tournament back.
Many other exciting things are set for Monday Night RAW, and the biggest of them all is the United States Championship match between AJ Styles and Braun Strowman.
Also, after Sasha Banks returned last week on the red brand and beat the daylights out of the current Raw Women's Champion, Becky Lynch, it would be interesting to see how the Man reacts.
Another thing to look forward is who the Fiend decides to attack and pick a feud with after his stunning debut on SummerSlam against Finn Balor. Most probably, Bray Wyatt could set his sights on the King of the Ring tournament.
In this slideshow, we are going to take a look at the 3 biggest moments WWE could be planning for Raw:
#3 Braun Strowman wins the US Championship to pave the way for AJ Styles to feud with Seth Rollins
After saving Seth Rollins from The OC and AJ Styles, Braun Strowman was challenged by the Phenomenal One for a United States Championship match, and it will take place this week on Raw.
The match itself is PPV main event worthy, so it is unlikely that this match will have a clean finish. One way WWE could shock their fans is by putting the Championship on Strowman's shoulder, and that paves the way for Styles to be involved in the Universal Championship picture.
Last time Rollins and Styles faced each other, the feud had an abrupt ending due to an injury to the Phenomenal One. Styles and Rollins facing each other at the Clash of Champions will certainly make the WWE Universe stand on their feet.
