3 Biggest things WWE could be planning for Monday Night Raw (25 February, 2019)

Will we see these three together again?
Will we see these three together again?

Last week's episode of Raw followed the Elimination Chamber PPV. While the pay-per-view was a solid event from top to bottom, the same can't be said for Raw.

The episode had no real intrigue and did nothing to build-up WrestleMania. Sure the debut of some NXT superstars was an amusing night for some fans, but having them in meaningless matches instead of telling more about their character and building their personality does nothing for them.

There was no Brock Lesnar to promote his match with Seth Rollins, and their match seems to be an afterthought because of how engrossing the feud between Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch has been so far.

I think the only news-worthy angle coming from the Elimination Chamber PPV was Lynch attacking both Flair and Rousey, and most people tuned in to Raw to see if the story was going to be progressed further, but the absence of either Lynch or Flair led to the fans tuning out in droves after the first hour.

This week, WWE is advertising the return of Roman Reigns, and there will be a celebration for Ric Flair's 70th birthday. Plus, Brock Lesnar will probably be there since PWInsider broke the news a few weeks ago.

The show looks to be in good shape but what will the WWE have in store for us in this upcoming episode? Here are the three biggest things WWE could be planning for Monday Night RAW.

#3 – Dean Ambrose and Braun Strowman team up

In case you missed it, Baron Corbin, Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre teamed up again to join forces against Braun Strowman at the Elimination Chamber event.

Strowman tried hard, hut 3 men were just too much for him to handle. Next night on Raw, a battered Strowman put Baron Corbin down in a one-on-one contest while Dean Ambrose took care of Drew McIntyre.

Ever since the news broke out that Dean Ambrose is leaving WWE once his contract expires, we have seen a shift in his character. He's been booked like a babyface for the past three weeks or so and going against Drew McIntyre indicates that he might team up with Strowman to even the odds.

Hopefully, when the smoke clears, it all turns out that this Ambrose debacle is a work, and if it isn't, these mini-feuds will be a good way for him to go out.
