3 Brave moves WWE should make in 2019

WWE made some great moves in 2018. Be it Ronda Rousey's push or Daniel Bryan becoming New Daniel Bryan and turning heel, both of these changes worked in favor of WWE. WWE made a new star in the form of Becky Lynch and also had some great signings in terms of Rey Mysterio and saw some major stars joining the main roster from NXT.

While the WWE Universe is still eying Drew McIntyre, WWE might have other plans. Seth Rollins is running high for this contention. The recent shuffle between Triple H and Seth Rollins seems to be pointing in the same direction.

So many things have not worked for WWE. Shinsuke Nakamura has fallen to the mid-card. It's only in recent time that the Japanese Superstar has been able to find a better competitor in the form of Rusev.

Lashley has fallen in his own different genre where WWE seems higher on the prospect of Lio Rush than the former MMA wrestler. The recent heel turn of Dean Ambrose hasn't done any great magic either. But Asuka's resurgence has been commendable, and it only makes sense that she holds the WWE SmackDown Live Women's title on the road to WrestleMania.

Brock Lesnar holding the Universal title hasn't brought any significant increase in viewership but has only made matters worse for RAW which seems to be hanging with Lesnar's absence and Strowman's injury.

WWE promoting Mustafa Ali in the main roster came as a surprise, it was a very good move in terms of giving in-ring justice to other Cruiserweight wrestlers like Rey Mysterio and Andrade 'Cien' Almas. Elias slowly climbed the ladder to become a significant presence on the. The WWE Universe seems more confident about watching Elias take the big names down in the ring.

It's true that a lot has changed. And a lot of these changes have come in the form of a great many sacrifices. There is a lot to be achieved in this year, and with WrestleMania just around the corner, one hopes these changes are good for the company.

With this, let's take a look at what WWE should be doing right in 2019.

#1 No Brock Lesnar title runs in 2019

Brock Lesnar

The entire 2017 and 2018 has been about Brock Lesnar. A dominant figure in the field of wrestling and MMA, Lesnar is everything a wrestling fan wants to see in action. But Lesnar is not punctual. Sporadic appearances in the form of The Undertaker or The Rock or these days even John Cena makes sense.

These wrestlers are never in any title scenario or have no major significant influence to the principle storyline of WWE. The idea of Brock Lesnar being in the show and still not being there for the show is plain tiring. Another issue that rises with the idea of having Lesnar as the WWE Universal Champion is the very fact that the new Champion when he is dethroned will be seen as the next face of WWE.

Lesnar as a name so big that just any wrestler with everything going well around him right now cannot be made to take him down. It will only be better for WWE if they decide to take Lesnar down as the Universal Champion before WrestleMania. About Lesnar's presence in the biggest event of all, The Beast can take down anybody without any title on the line and make it look enthralling.
