3 burning questions tomorrow's Raw needs to answer
This past week's WWE Raw was a star-studded affair and an exhilarating ride from start to finish.
First, the returning Roman Reigns shocked the sea of fans by stating that he was back for good. The night came to an end with the return of The Animal, Batista, who immediately attacked The Nature Boy, Ric Flair, in an attempt to gain Triple H's attention.
WrestleMania 35 is just a month away, and WWE is firing on all cylinders in regards to the buildup to the show of shows. This episode of Raw left us with a plethora of questions that need answers on tomorrow's edition of the show. Here are three questions we might get an answer to on the upcoming Monday Night Raw.
#3 Will Batista confront Triple H?
When Batista attacked Ric Flair, The Game sprinted backstage to help his longtime friend. By the time Triple H reached the area, Batista seemed to be nowhere in sight.
There's no question that Batista and Triple H will fight at the Grandest Stage of Them All. The match was hinted back on SmackDown 1000 when Batista reminded Triple H that he had never beaten The Animal. Ric Flair had to intervene to keep the two superstars apart.
Will Batista keep playing with The Game for a while, before he finally strikes when Triple H is in a vulnerable position? Or will Batista confront him immediately and kick off the buildup to Mania? We'll find out soon.
#2 Will Braun Strowman do something of worth?
It has been a long while since we saw The Monster Among Men did something that the WWE Universe could care about. Braun Strowman has spent the better part of the last few months getting beaten up by the trio of McIntyre, Corbin and Lashley.
It has come to the point that fans have become tired of seeing the heels get the better of Strowman every single time. The payoff to this throwaway storyline is nowhere in sight and WrestleMania is approaching near.
Even though Strowman is treated as a major player in the main event scene, he always seems to fall short at WrestleMania. Last year, he was in a worthless tag team match despite being super over.
Where is Strowman going from here? We might find out tomorrow night!
#1 Will Roman Reigns forgive Dean Ambrose?
The notorious trio of Corbin, Lashley and McIntyre were joined by Elias, as they assaulted a helpless Ambrose this past Monday on Raw.
The assault didn't last too long though, as Rollins and Reigns came out and disposed of the villains in quick time. After saving their former Shield cohort, the duo didn't wait for him to get up and left the arena.
Before leaving, they looked at a smiling Dean one last time, but the look on their faces confused fans to no end. It was clear that Reigns and Rollins were still pissed off at Dean for the betrayal.
Will they forgive Ambrose? Or will this lead to a Reigns vs Ambrose feud, culminating into a match at WrestleMania 35?
Chances are that the Shield will reunite again to face off against the heels at Fastlane. And for that to happen, the Shield needs to put their differences aside on tomorrow's Raw and have a much-needed dialogue.
