3 controversial things WWE can do at Elimination Chamber 2019
While we still haven't gotten over the madness of Royal Rumble 2019 and the pay-per-view of February, Elimination Chamber, is knocking at our door. The next stop on the road to WrestleMania 35, WWE Elimination Chamber, is scheduled for February 17, and is just one week away from this Sunday.
While WWE has already announced a few blockbuster matches for the upcoming event, including the six-team Elimination Chamber match for the inaugural Women's Tag Team Championship, we might witness WWE adding a few more bouts (for Intercontinental and United States Championship) to complete the match card.
On another note, even though WWE has been getting most of the things right in this new Era, the ratings and viewership do not seem to improve and are inconsistent week after week. Thus, WWE needs to spice things up a bit. Given we are just one week away from the Elimination Chamber, it might be perfect to shake things up a bit on February 17.
So, without further ado, let's take a look at 3 controversial things that WWE can do at Elimination Chamber to spice things up a bit.
#3 Nia Jax and Tamina win the Inaugural Women's Tag Team Championship to lay down the road for inter-gender tag team matches
Nia Jax and Tamina, though strong competition, are not very likely to win the Women's Tag Team Championship, as WWE have seemingly planned on crowning the Boss and Hugger as the Champions (their rumoured match against Lita and Trish Stratus at WrestleMania 35, remember?). However, a win for the duo of Jax and Tamina could do wonders for WWE.
Nia has been pushed as a dominant performer on Raw, and even entered the Men's Royal Rumble match to dominate proceedings for a short period of time. Thus, a win for Nia and Tamina could open doors for random intergender tag team matches on Raw.
They could not only feud with different women tag teams on the roster, but also feature in intergender tag team matches on random episodes of Raw to spice things up a bit.
