3 matches Nick Aldis can announce for WWE Crown Jewel on SmackDown tonight
Tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown will be the first edition of the blue brand since the conclusion of Bad Blood 2024. Now that the PLE, which took place in Atlanta, Georgia, has concluded, WWE and Triple H will be focused on building towards Crown Jewel. The event will take place on November 2nd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As of now, WWE has announced two matches for Crown Jewel. Cody Rhodes and Gunther will face each other for the newly introduced Crown Jewel Championship, while Nia Jax and Liv Morgan will battle for the Crown Jewel Women's Championship.
Along with these matches, the PLE in Saudi Arabia is expected to feature many more interesting matches, and in this article, we will take a look at three such matches that could be announced by General Manager Nick Aldis on WWE SmackDown tonight:
#3. Nick Aldis could announce a Triple Threat Title Match for Crown Jewel on WWE SmackDown
In tonight's episode of SmackDown, LA Knight will defend the United States Championship against Carmelo Hayes. However, there is a huge chance Andrade could interfere in this match and cost Hayes due to their ongoing rivalry. A situation like this could cause a lot of chaos.
Frustrated by the same, Nick Aldis could be left with no choice but to book a Triple Threat Match, with LA Knight defending his United States Championship against Hayes and Andrade at Crown Jewel. Given the ongoing scenario, there is a huge chance this match could take place.
#2. Tiffany Stratton vs. Bayley
At Bad Blood, Bayley had the chance to win back the WWE Women's Championship from Nia Jax. While The Role Model was on track to beat The Irresistible Force at Bad Blood, interference from Tiffany Stratton ruined the match for the 35-year-old and led to her defeat.
Enraged by Stratton's interference, Bayley could confront Ms. Money in the Bank tonight on WWE SmackDown. This confrontation could get ugly to the point where Aldis is forced to book a match between the two stars at Crown Jewel.
#1. Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa
At WWE Bad Blood, Roman Reigns teamed up with Cody Rhodes to beat Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. However, if you thought this victory ended the rivalry between Reigns and Sikoa, you were wrong. While the victory is significant, it only marks the beginning of a long feud.
On tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown, the Original Tribal Chief is set to make an appearance. This appearance could be spoiled by Sikoa and his men, leading to Aldis announcing a match between Reigns and The Street Champ at Crown Jewel.
