Could we see a heel turn for the time since his comeback?

The relationship between Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon has been a formidable one on Smackdown Live television since the brand split. Compared to Raw, where we usually have Stephanie McMahon disagree with the General Manager in power, programming on Smackdown Live has been very contrasting.

We have seen Shane and Bryan agree on most things, but the build up to this year's Survivor Series changed all that. Shane's character has started to put on some egoistic bulk. From naming himself as the Smackdown Live's team captain at Survivor Series to punishing Zayn and Owens more than a reasonable face would.

All this combined with not taking Daniel Bryan in confidence, could point to Shane possibly turning heel at Clash of Champions. He could very well take out his partner Daniel Bryan to surprise the WWE Universe.
