3 reasons John Cena should be Kurt Angle's final opponent at WrestleMania 35
Last night on Monday Night Raw, the former Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle made a thunderous announcement, stating that he will be having his retirement match at WrestleMania 35.

For some, this didn't come as a shock, as Angle is way past his prime. He is on the verge of hanging up his boots and there couldn't be a better place for him to end his career than at WrestleMania 35.
Rumors are running rampant that John Cena will be Kurt Angle's opponent in his final match at WrestleMania. Let's see why WWE should book this match for the Show of Shows.
#3 There's no other credible opponent for Angle
One look at the Raw roster and one would realize that there's not a single credible Superstar who deserves to be Angle's final opponent. The ones who are credible enough are already in major Mania matches.
Kurt Angle shouldn't wrestle his final match in WWE against the likes of Baron Corbin or Bobby Lashley. In comes John Cena! Cena has been on the sidelines for months now. He can easily come back for a one-off match against Angle at WrestleMania.
#2 The duo could still pull off a Mania-level bout
Angle's ring rust is not a secret at this point. He was dubbed as the greatest s\Superstar of his generation during the Ruthless Aggression Era, but it's been more than a decade since then. But with proper pre-match choreography, Angle and Cena could still produce a good enough match that deserves to be on a WrestleMania card.

Although Cena is infamous for his five moves of doom, he has proven on multiple occasions that he is capable of wrestling five-star classics. There's no reason why these two couldn't prepare a good match before Mania. They still have three weeks left to fully prepare for Angle's final match. The match doesn't even need to be a technical slugfest. A 5-minute match would do, followed by a heartfelt farewell by Cena to Kurt Angle, with the sea of 80,000 fans roaring in unison for one of the greatest athletes WWE has ever come across.
