3 rivalries WWE Raw should end, and 3 they should move on to

Raw hit a rough patch around October 2018, when most of the matches were held between a handful of superstars, and we saw repetitive bookings take place.
After the departure of Roman Reigns, things got worse as the same matches highlighted Raw week after week, and nothing fresh came out of the flagship brand. The result was a weekly dip in ratings, which plummeted to a new low right at the end of the year.
Now that 2019 has begun, Raw needs to be refreshed with a few new rivalries that can hopefully lift up the entire brand. To make this possible, some of the older and current rivalries will need to come to an end.
Here we have come up with a list of 3 rivalries which need to come to an end on Monday Night Raw, to increase the show's ratings in 2019, and 3 that must begin, to freshen the flagship brand.
#3 End - Bobby Lashley vs Elias

Bobby Lashley and Elias started a good feud at the end of 2018 which seemed to be promising, as the two men were stuck nowhere on Raw before that.
However, the feud slowly got redundant, especially once their ladder match at TLC took place. Now they need to look beyond what they have already done and achieved on the main roster.
Bobby Lashley has gotten Lio Rush's services on the mic, while Elias doesn't need that - which speaks volumes about his talent.
Even though both superstars are in need of a push and better booking, competing with each other will take both men nowhere, as both require some better 'pushed' superstars to compete with, in order to reach higher levels on Raw.
