3 things WWE can do to counter AEW
Everyone in the wrestling world is buzzing and excited by the prospect of having two major companies with national television America for the first time in 18 years.
Most fans are just hyped about all elite wrestling right now and then even if you love WWE you have to admit, AEW put on a pretty awesome, business-changing show on May 25th. WWE doesn't necessarily have to hit back with a bang immediately but they need to at least do some things in the next month or two to counter all elite wrestling's growing popularity.
All fans can be happy that due to the competition, we could get some of the best wrestling we have seen in a long time in the near future. WWE should do these three things soon to make sure they get their own fans buzzing about them rather than AEW.
#3 Announce Another Women's Only PPV
WWE needs to change the way they portray women in their storylines and what better way to do that than having a second all women's PPV.
Even if you are like me and think they tend to book their women's superstars quite poorly most of the time, last years evolution PPV was absolutely incredible and maybe the best main roster PPV of the year.
Doing another show like this could help for many reasons. One is to get more women watching the product than currently are and also to just put on a great show. It would again see interest from the mainstream media and while we may have to hear Michael Cole telling us about the history and all of that stuff, it would just be a good night of wrestling for all. Becky main eventing another PPV would help make her even more of a star also.
