3 Things WWE could be planning on the RAW before Extreme Rules (8 July 2019)
Paul Heyman is the new Executive Director of RAW and he already made his presence felt last week. The Red Brand delivered one of the best episodes in recent weeks. Since it will be the final RAW before Extreme Rules this week, we are expected to see an action-packed episode.
Five matches are confirmed for Extreme Rules, and some more matches could be added on RAW this week. The Red Brand delivered some jaw-dropping moments last week as the show had an impressive start with Bobby Lashley and Braun Strowman. The Undertaker showed up to send a message to Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. AJ Styles shocked everyone by turning heel.
The upcoming RAW is a scheduled to be held in the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. A Mixed Tag Team Match will be held as Zelina Vega and Andrade will fight Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins. Roman Reigns will team up with a mystery partner to take on Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon, but Shane will choose the partner of Reigns.
Here we discuss three things WWE could be planning on RAW this week.
#3 A Multi Tag Team Match to decide the number one contenders of the Revival
Under the supervision of Paul Heyman, we will be hoping to see good tag team matches. The RAW tag team division is in jeopardy as the twin belts haven't been defended in the last three pay-per-views. Since Extreme Rules is just one week away, the RAW Tag Team Championship should be on the line.
The Revival won the RAW Tag Team Championship last month on an episode of RAW. Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins, who were the previous champions, didn't defend the belts regularly. Moreover, the Revival also didn't fight at Stomping Grounds.
The Red Brand has several top-notch Tag Teams and we could see a multi-team match on RAW. It could be a fair way to decide the next challengers of Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson. The Viking Raiders, the Usos, the New Day and the Street Profits could participate in the multi-team match.
