WWE Raw: 3 things WWE got right on this week's RAW and 2 things they got wrong

We are now less than two weeks away from the biggest show of the year, WrestleMania 35.

And last night, the men and women of RAW (as well as some from SmackDown Live), aimed to show why they belong on the grandest stage of them all.

We saw Kurt Angle's farewell tour continue, as he faced an old adversary, as well a huge championship match added to the biggest show of the year, featuring one of WWE's most beloved Superstars of all time.

But not everything was great with this week, which had plenty of pitfalls.

Here are three things the WWE got spot-on on this week's edition of Monday Night RAW, as well as two things that could have been a whole lot better:

3: Got it right: Samoa Joe Vs. Kurt Angle

Kurt Angle's farewell tour continues, and it seems like the Olympian is picking the very best opponents as he continues on the route to his final WWE match at WrestleMania 35.

After defeating Chad Gable last week, Angle chose to face SmackDown's United States Champion Samoa Joe, in a rematch from the pair's time in Impact Wrestling.

As you can imagine, the match was great, as these two have faced off plenty of times outside the WWE, and know each other well.

Whilst it was strange to have Angle face a SmackDown star on Monday Night (and Joe wasn't the only blue brand Superstar in competition), that doesn't take away from the fact that this was a great match.

Expect more good things tonight, when Angle faces fellow TNA alum AJ Styles in the Olympian's very last match on SmackDown.
