This week's episode of WWE Monday Night Raw is done and dusted, and it was truly one to remember. We saw a huge face turn by one of the show's top Superstars, as well as some very interesting attire by the Lunatic Fringe

With TLC looming, the men and women of Team Red certainly wanted to make an impression, with a certain manager entering the fray in an impressive 3-on-2 handicap match.

Now on the road to Tables, Ladders, and Chairs, the pay per view is the last chance for the superstars to dominate on pay per view in 2018, before the Royal Rumble next month, and the road to WrestleMania 35.

Here are three things the WWE got spot on in the latest episode of WWE SmackDown Live, as well as two things which could've been a whole lot better.

#3 Got It Right: Maverick steps up to the plate

When Rockstar Spud joined the WWE as Drake Maverick, his fans were very pleased. For several years, Maverick entertained in Impact Wrestling, including multiple instances where he was the X-Division champion.

But ever since joining the WWE, Maverick has not wrestled, instead focussing his time on being the GM of 205 Live, and more recently, the manager of AOP.

This week though, Maverick finally stepped back in the squared circle, teaming with the RAW Tag Champions to face Bobby Roode and Chad Gable.

Playing the weakling well, Maverick was only saved by the Champs, who attacked Gable backstage before helping to decimate Roode in the ring.

This match was exactly what this feud needed, as we'll hopefully move away from the literal potty humor.

The best part: Maverick was the one who got the pin, a fact I'm sure he won't let people forget.
